Both fighters started kind of slow. Engaging each other with kicks and trying to establish a range. When McKee landed a nasty head kick on Pitbull.
McKee then went in for a guillotine, ending the fight in the first minute and 57 seconds of the first round. Pitbull actually didn't tap and slumped to the submission. Where McKee had to inform the referee that Pitbull was fast out.
"We're not done. We're just the beginning. We're just getting started!" McKee proclaimed after the fight.
This very well may not be the last we've heard of Pitbull either. As he's on of the best fighters in their promotion. He will likely earn a rematch after only 2 or 3 more fights. AJ will have to defend his title and really establish himself as champ.
