BKFC Signs UFC veteran Mike Perry to multifight deal

Mike Perry takes off his gloves. Mike Perry, whose full name is Michael Joseph Perry and an American professional mixed martial fighter, has surprised everyone with his decision to leave the UFC and join the BKFW. According to the details, the former UFC welterweight is moving away from mixed martial arts and is taking his skills to the world of bare knuckle boxing. Beer Nickel Fighting Championship officials on Tuesday confirmed to MMA Jinki that Promotion had signed Perry to a multi-fight contract. MMA Fighting was the first to report the news. Additional terms for Perry's signature are not clear, as are his UFC departure terms. No debuts, dates, or locations have been revealed at this time.  Mike made his professional debut in September 2014 after completing 11 amateur fights with a record of 8-3. It competed for many regional developments throughout the United States. In just two years, he competed nine times over KO / TKO, eliminating all his opponents. Perry made his UFC debut on 20 August 2016 at UFC 202 on a short notice against Lim Hyun-gyu, when Sultan Aliyev was ruled out due to injury. In which he defeated Lim through TKO in the first round and started his UFC career with a great victory. Perry then faced Danny Roberts in UFC 204 on October 8, 2016 and once again defeated Roberts through KO in the third round. In other competitions since then, Perry has achieved historic success. His first defeat came on December 17, 2016, when Perry faced Alan Joban in the UFC on Fox 22 and for the first time in his career he lost the fight by a unanimous decision. Perry entered his BKFC era after losing four of his last five fights in the UFC. From 2016-2021, Perry competed 15 times for promotion and set a 7-8 record. Key victories came against Jack Ellenberger, Paul Fielder, Alex Oliveira, and Mickey Gall. "Let's skip all the formalities!" Perry said in a press release on Tuesday. "This game is getting ready, and I'm here to instill fear in the hearts of my rivals! I will put an end to the opposition and achieve the glory I have longed for. I will be crowned king of the streets and king of war games! They will make me a platinum crown and defeat me. Will take on the bloody backs of retail rivals! I'm here to go straight up and force anyone to think twice about entering their world! BKFC is my world! Perry is a quarrelsome man who fights not only inside the Augtagon but also outside the Augtagon. As of 2020, Perry was accused of domestic violence by his ex-wife, Daniel Nickerson. The charges were leveled at a Florida bar for punching an elderly Perry man. UFC President Dana White later said that the promotion had ordered Perry to seek treatment for alcohol dependence. BKFC President David Feldman said he was "excited" to welcome Perry to his promotion. Feldman said in a statement: "We are thrilled to bring Mike to the vast stable of our passionate fighters." With its aggressive style, it works great for our growing international fan base. " The question arises as to whether Mike will be able to pursue a career in BKFC like UFC? Do you think Mike's decision is correct?
