A thrilling live boxing event on Channel 5 will air on Friday, May 13th. When South London's Denzel "2Sharp" Bentley (15-1-1, 13KOs) is going to reclaim the British middleweight title against Luton's Linus Udofia (17-0, 9KOs).
You will hardly find anyone with a vicious knockout ratio like Bentley (15-1-1, 13KOs) who treats himself this way calmly. It may be a comfortable Bentley outside of the ring, but inside it is a man who has either retired his opponent or stopped him in every victory since the points decision in April 2019.
Bentley suffered its first career defeat at the hands of Felix Cash in 2021, but it bounced back quickly and set up this exciting title race at Indigo in London's O2 at the end of the year.
Udofia, now undefeated in 17 payouts, declared themselves at home with a points win over Tyler Denny in November 2019 to clinch the English title. Luton-man then defended his lease with TKO's victory over John Harding Jr in October 2020. Lightning now intends to add a British title to its collection as it faces former champion Bentley for the empty ballot.
