Holly Holm vs. Ketlen Vieira in the works for UFC Fight Night main event on May 21

Holm (14-5 MMA, 7-5 UFC) and Vieira (12-2 MMA, 6-2 UFC) at UFC Fight Night 206 ready to headline the UFC card on May 21.
The two fighters have agreed on a five-round headlining contest, which was initially announced by Ariel Helwani.
A former bantamweight champion and featherweight title challenger, Holm has not seen any action since her win against Irene Aldana in October 2020. The 40-year-old has been booked several times since then, but the former UFC champion and boxing champion has suffered injuries and health issues that have prevented him from returning to Octagon.
Meanwhile, No. 9 Vieira will try to bring down her second consecutive UFC titleholder. The 30-year-old Brazilian is winning a unanimous decision against Mesha Tate in the main event of the UFC Fight Night 198 in November and would like to take it against Holm.
In addition, two-time lightweight heavyweight title challenger Alexander Gustafson will be the heavyweight for the match with Ben Ruthwell. Frontkick Online initially came up with the word Gustafson-Rothwell duo.
Gustafsson made his heavyweight debut at UFC on ESPN 14, where he was submitted by Fabricio Werdum in the preliminary round of his July 2020 competition. The Mرller has lost three straight at the Octagon and five of the last seven in January 2015. The 35-year-old Sweden has lost all but one of these defeats.
Rothwell, meanwhile, has lost two of her last three promotional appearances, including a 32-second TKO defeat to Marcos Rogerio de Lima at UFC Fight Night 197 last November. In his second bout of 2021, Kenosha, Wisc., Local, introduced Chris Barnett in the second round of UFC Fight Night 188.
UFC Fight Night 206 is scheduled for May 21 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. Current bouts include:
