Junior dos Santos On Entering Boxing

Junior dos Santos (21-9-0) is a heavyweight beast who holds wins over the likes of Cain Valasquez, Roy Nelson, Frank Mir, Stipe Miocic, Derrick Lewis, and more. He was a UFC heavyweight champion. Known for his brute athleticism and knockout stopping power, Junior is a force to be reckoned with.

He's been talking about going into boxing for awhile now and this is what he had to say in an interview with MMAJunkie.com -

“We were talking with bare-knuckle, Bellator, PFL, some boxing conversations as well. I would love to do a boxing fight, but it’s hard to find heavyweights with enough courage to take a fight. These guys are just talking, but let’s see what’s gonna happen.

I’m not in a rush. I’m enjoying my time and as soon as we have a good deal, we’re gonna move on. My next step is, and I feel like it’s an important step, I just don’t want to go ahead and do it. I want to do it right.”

Dos Santos is looking to come back after his 4th loss in a row and maybe we'll get to see him showcase the knockout power we used to eagerly fist over dollar pay for PPV's to see him pull off in MMA bouts, but this time - boxing!

Who do you think Junior dos Santos should box first?
