KSW is moving very fast towards its success. And one record-breaking event after another. Which is growing in popularity.
KSW 70: This was KSW's fifth event this year. The event aired on May 28, 2022 at Atlas Arena in Lodz, Poland. In the main event, Mariusz Pudzianowski, almost certainly the most popular fighter on the KSW roster, the former five-time winner of the World's Strongest Man, returned to action when he faced another dangerous KSW fighter, Michał Materla.
Pudzianowski vs. Materla Preview
Mariusz Pudzianowski was the headliner against Michał Materla. Poland's powerful legend Pudzianowski (16-7, 1 NC) weighed in at 256 pounds for his main event clash, while Materla (31-8) weighed in at 222 pounds on Saturday.
"Pudzian" is currently on a four-fight winning streak. In his most recent round, the Polish fighter knocked out Serigan Ousmane Dia in just 18 seconds with a knockout punch. All four of his victories have been through TKO and Pudzianowski has not lost since May 2019. The Pudzian team will try to claim the longest victory of their career by defeating Fighter Materla.

Meanwhile, "Magic" is gaining two victories, winning the decision over Moise Rimbon and knocking out Jason Radcliffe. Materla, the former KSW middleweight champion, is fighting for the opportunity far from his comfort zone. Materla will look to show that skill can control size and strength.
Also on Saturday's card, Polish heavyweight Daniel Omelianczuk made his promotional debut in the sport after more than a decade. The "Polish bear" competed against Ricardo Prasel of Brazil, and he was trying to get one or two fight skids.
Meanwhile, former Croatian lightweight heavyweight title challenger Ivan Erslan competed against Rafael Kijanczuck to try to win three in a row. In his last two bouts, Arsalan won against TUF 28 vet Przemysław Mysiala and former UFC student Luis Henrique da Silva.
KSW 70 Lodz takes place at the Atlas Arena in Poland, and is broadcast live on the promotion website KSWTV.com. This is the fifth Polish promotion event this year. Full results can be found below.
