The Bantamweight bout was originally scheduled for October 16, but last week it was reported that the match was postponed after a positive test of Tate's COVID-19.
Now let's talk about the two fighters. First of all let's talk about the headline of the match which is Kelten Vieira vs Miesha Tate.
A former UFC and strike force bantamweight champion, Tate (19-7) recently returned from retirement to stop Marion with the ground and the pound. Mesha Tate didn't seem to notice any decline after being away from the UFC for so long. At 35, Tate was looking at the best physical appearance of her life. But she seems to have worked hard on her strength and explosiveness, marking the first time the victory has been marked as a "cupcake" in March 2016, after defeating then-champion Holly Holm in the UFC 200.
Vera, on the other hand, had to stay away from the UFC for more than a year due to a serious knee injury. When she returned, she was knocked out by Irene Aldana.
After that, Phenomeno went 1-1 at the UFC, when she defeated Sijara Eubanks before a disappointing performance against Yana Kunitskaya, which reduced her weight.
Vieira wants to win her biggest MMA and regain her lost place and return to the top five by knocking out her first
former UFC champion. The question is, will Vera be able to beat Mesha Tate?
