Navarrete wants the "Boogieman".

Super featherweight WBO world champion Emmanuel Navarrete stated he would like to fight Shakur Stevenson in súper featherweight or a catchweight fight. Navarrete has some balls in asking for that fight. You lightweight contenders should be ashamed of yourselves, a smaller man asking to fight Shakur and all the top lightweight contenders look the other way. That fight might be next after they both fight on the same event. Emanuel Navarrete will defend his title against Robson Conceição on the Stevenson vs De Los Santos undercard on Nov. 16 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. That makes me think Top Rank is up to something.
