ONE Championship Returns to Bangkok: ONE Friday Fights 62 Preview

ONE Championship is gearing up for an electrifying night of fights as it returns to Bangkok's renowned Lumpinee Boxing Stadium for ONE Friday Fights. Scheduled for May 10, ONE Friday Fights 62 promises to deliver a spectacle featuring top-tier fighters from across the globe.





The headline bout will showcase a rematch between Mongkolkaew Sor Sommai and ET TDed99 in a highly anticipated 130-pound catchweight Muay Thai showdown.


Their previous encounter at ONE Friday Fights 39 ended in dramatic fashion, with ET securing a memorable victory with a stunning elbow knockout. This time, Mongkolkaew is seeking redemption and aiming to turn the tables in their rivalry.


In the co-main event, Spain's Xavier Gonzalez will face off against Thailand's Win Sitjanim in a thrilling 128-pound catchweight Muay Thai clash. Both fighters are regarded as rising stars in the Muay Thai scene and are expected to deliver a high-octane contest.


Adding to the excitement, Japanese kickboxing sensation Haruto Yasumoto will make his highly anticipated ONE Championship debut against Russian fighter Temirlan Bekmurzaev in a flyweight kickboxing bout. Haruto, known for his explosive kicking prowess, will be looking to make a statement in his first appearance on the global stage.


The event will kick off with a pair of captivating mixed martial arts matchups, including a showdown between former Road to ONE contestant Batochir Batsaikhan and Brazilian prospect Fabio Harada
