Remembering the greatness of "El Puas" Olivares.

45 years ago today the great Rubén "Puas" Olivares won the WBC featherweight title with a 2nd round TKO of Bobby Chacon at the Forum in Inglewood, California. Chacon, the favorite, wound up losing a large amount of weight in a few days ,fighting dehydrated and having no punch resistance. Chacon being a great fighter of his own under those conditions fell to a stronger Olivares.
