Two-division world champion Shakur Stevenson (20-0, 10 KO's) and world ranked contender Frank Martin (18-0, 12 KO's), are in negotiations to face eachother for the vacant WBC lightweight world title on November 16th in Las Vegas. If they reach an agreement its good for Stevenson because we all know how all the champions and top fighters are avoiding to fight him.
