Tyson Fury Fires Shots at Francis Ngannou: 'I Made Him a Millionaire!'

As the highly anticipated fight between Anthony Joshua and Francis Ngannou approaches, Tyson Fury has stirred up controversy with his comments about Ngannou's journey to this point. Fury remarked that Ngannou should be thankful for the opportunity he has been given, considering the unconventional path he has taken to reach this stage.

Historically, MMA fighters and boxers have not ventured into each other's domains with great success. However, Ngannou has defied this trend, particularly with his impressive performance against Fury in October. Despite knocking down the WBC heavyweight champion, Ngannou ultimately lost to Fury in a narrow split decision.

Originally, the plan for Friday's fight was for Joshua to face Deontay Wilder, his longtime rival. However, these plans were disrupted by Joseph Parker, who defeated Wilder convincingly in a recent match. Wilder and Parker were initially scheduled to fight on the same card as Joshua, who won against Otto Wallin after five rounds.

Fury, speaking candidly about the upcoming fight, suggested that Ngannou owes his current success to their previous match.

"I put him on the map, made him a multi-millionaire, and now I'm making him even more money," Fury stated. "So he needs to thank me. He needs to get on his knees and kiss my feet for what I've done for him."

Fury's comments have added an extra layer of intrigue to an already highly anticipated bout. As fight night approaches, fans and pundits alike will be watching closely to see how Ngannou responds to Fury's remarks in the ring.
