UFC Vegas 58 took place tonight at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas. In the main event, the top ten lightweight Rafael dos Anjos and Rafael Fiziev competed, both wanting to extend their winning streak. In the co-main event, Caio Borralho and Armen Petrosyan, former students of the competing series, competed in the middleweight division.
Boralho (11-1 MMA) will be looking for a fourth straight win in the Octagon this evening. In its latest attempt, The Natural won a unanimous decision against Gadzhi Omargadzhiev.
Meanwhile, Armen Petrosyan (7-1 MMA) will enter tonight's co-headliner with a three-fight winning streak, his latest decision being a split victory against Gregory Rodriguez. 'Superman' suffered its only career loss in June 2021 against Hassan Yousefi.

In the main event, Caio Borralho won his second UFC victory in his middleweight bout against Armen Petrosyan.
Boralho took Petrosyan's back early in the first round and spent the rest trying to submit. In Round Two, Boralho grabbed Petrosyan's back again but failed to threaten to submit. In Round Three, Boralho's exchange was dominated by a tie-down, with Petrosyan kneeling in the face too late. Hold the decision below.

Note: Just hours before the start of UFC Vegas 58, Nina Nunes announced that her rivalry with Cynthia Calvillo had been removed from the card. After losing weight on Friday, she contracted a worm in her stomach and could not recover in time to compete. As a result, the bantamweight matchup between Aiemann Zahabi and Ricky Turcios collided with the main card.
