Victor Ramirez New South American Heavyweight Champion

Former world champion Víctor Ramírez (30-4-1) has been crowned the new South American heavyweight champion after defeating Esteban López by disqualification in the eighth round in an event held at the José María Gatica stadium in Villa Dominico Argentina . Ramírez was a WBO and IBF cruiserweight world champion.
