Retains ONE Muay Thai Title with Commanding Victory Over Lobo!

Jonathan Haggerty showcased his elite striking skills once again, proving why he is considered the best striker in the world today. The Englishman defended his ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title in impressive fashion against Felipe Lobo at ONE Fight Night 19: Haggerty vs Lobo, held at the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium and streamed on Prime Video.

Despite facing a tough challenge from Lobo, who dropped him in the first round, Haggerty showed his resilience by quickly recovering and turning the tide in his favor. In the second round, Haggerty scored a knockdown of his own, setting the stage for a thrilling finish in the third round. Just 45 seconds into the final round, Haggerty landed a decisive punch that knocked out Lobo, securing his victory and retaining his title.


In the co-main event, Saemapetch Fairtex delivered a dominant performance against Mohamed Younes Rabah, earning a TKO victory. Saemapetch showcased his skills by scoring three first-round knockdowns on Rabah, demonstrating his continued excellence in the sport.


Both Haggerty and Saemapetch received US$50,000 bonuses for their outstanding performances. Additionally, Thongpoon PK Saenchai and Martyna Keirczynska received bonuses for their impressive wins.


In another exciting bout, Filipino star Lito Adiwang emerged victorious in a crucial matchup against a fellow strawweight contender. Adiwang, also known as "Thunder Kid," secured his third consecutive victory, potentially earning him a spot in the top five of the divisional rankings.
