  • Georges St-Pierre Offers to Train Elon Musk after Jon Jones Backs Mark Zuckerberg

Picture this: Georges St-Pierre, the legendary UFC Hall of Famer, steps into the corner of Elon Musk while Jon Jones leads Mark Zuckerberg into battle. What may seem like an odd fantasy is a possibility, as St-Pierre has thrown his name into the mix for a potential MMA fight between Musk and Zuckerberg. As an ardent admirer of Musk, St-Pierre enthusiastically expressed his support for the tech titan who kickstarted the idea of a cage match with Zuckerberg following a Twitter competitor proposal from the Meta chief. The notion gained further traction after Zuckerberg made headlines for his ventures into the world of jiu-jitsu, showcasing impressive skills and even winning medals in his debut tournament appearance. Joining St-Pierre in the quest to corner the Tesla and SpaceX CEO, former UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz volunteered to coach Musk, playfully jesting about smothering the social media entrepreneur with his size advantage in the octagon. The concept of two billionaires settling their differences inside the confines of the MMA octagon has captured the attention of the world, and UFC President Dana White wasted no time offering to promote the extraordinary event. Zuckerberg's collaboration with the UFC for a Metaverse project, combined with his decision to shut down UFC Vegas 61 so he and his family could spectate the fights at UFC APEX, further fuelled the excitement surrounding the potential face-off. In response to the growing buzz, Jon Jones declared his allegiance to Team Zuckerberg, extending an offer to serve as his training partner through a tweet that read: "Let me know if you need a training partner!" Dana White shared his enthusiasm for the showdown, emphasizing that it would transcend any fight in history, surpassing all pay-per-view records. "This would be the biggest fight ever in the history of the world, bigger than anything that’s ever been done," White stated in an interview with TMZ. With the potential for an MMA spectacle featuring two prominent tech moguls, Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg, alongside legendary fighters like Georges St-Pierre and Jon Jones, the world eagerly awaits the realization of this unprecedented clash. As the buzz intensifies, fight fans and curious onlookers alike ponder the outcome of a fight that has the potential to make sporting history. In the realm where technology meets combat, the octagon could become the stage where these titans of industry settle their differences, leaving spectators in awe and potentially breaking all records in the process.

  • Jon Jones to Mark Zuckerberg: I’ll train you for Elon Musk

If Mark Zuckerberg is committed to taking on Elon Musk, he has just secured some of the best support to help him prepare for the struggle that lies ahead. One of the best MMA fighters of all time and current UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones has endorsed both the CEO of Meta and the co-founder of Facebook in case Musk does decide to challenge him to a fight. After Zuckerberg and Musk began joking around on Twitter about getting into a fight, Jones sent his reply. “You already know I am Team Zuck,” Jones wrote on Twitter. “Let me know if you need a training partner!” Whether it was deliberate or not, Jones' tweet on Zuckerberg is a double blow to his intended rival because Musk shelled over $44 billion to acquire the social networking site. In the meantime, Zuckerberg made his money co-founding Facebook with some undergraduate pals, some of whom went on to sue him in a tale that was subsequently dramatised in the movie The Social Network.

  • Erin Blanchfield to fight Taila Santos at UFC Singapore in August

Taila Santos and Erin Blanchfield are finally scheduled to fight at UFC Singapore on August 26 in a highly anticipated matchup that has major implications for the women's flyweight title situation. Santos, who is currently ranked third, hasn't competed inside the Octagon since losing her belt at UFC 275 in Singapore. She came up short in winning the title despite a solid showing that many thought was deserved of victory. Unfortunately, she was unable to get a quick rematch and was instead set to compete against rising talent Erin Blanchfield in February. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, Santos was forced to withdraw from the bout on short notice as her cornermen were unable to secure visas for the United States. This setback left Santos sidelined for an extended period. Now, the Brazilian fighter is eager to step back into the cage and take on Blanchfield, and interestingly, the fight will take place in the very same venue where Santos suffered her previous defeat. Both athletes will be aiming to win a flyweight championship in the future. Prior to her unsuccessful attempt to defeat Valentina Shevchenko, Santos had won four straight matches, including a significant submission victory over Joanne Wood. She received the Performance of the Night bonus for her outstanding performance.

  • Ike Ibeabuchi, a dangerous heavyweight that could of made it to the top.

Ike "The President" Ibeabuchi was a Nigerian ex profesional boxer who competed from 1994 to 1999 in the heavyweight division in one of its good era's. He defeated the previously undefeated highly ranked contender David Tua in 1997 and another highly ranked contender and ex olimpian and future world champion Chris Bryd in 1999. He was ranked as the world's No.8 heavyweight in 1997 and 1998, and as No.10 heavyweight in 1999. After compiling an impressive record of 20–0 with 15 knockouts, Ibeabuchi's natural talent and potential inside the ring was eventually ruined by his emotional instability and violent tendencies in his personal life. After a series of run-ins with law enforcement, he was imprisoned in Las Vegas in July 1999, for charges on sexual misconduct. This also put an end of his professional boxing career. Those that got to see him fight in the ring may wonder how far he would have gone, would he have been able to compete with the likes of Lewis, Tyson, Holyfield, Klitschko's or anybody in that era? Most boxing fans say yes, and I agree with them because I got to see him fight many times and beating a Tua and a Byrd was no easy task. He had the goods but his temper got the better of him. He is now free from jail, he was released a on november 2015 serving a 16 year prison sentance. There were rumors he was going to make a comeback right when he got out of jail but it never happend.

Rosario floored Davis in the 2nd and 12th rounds. Rosario was a beast beating everyone in his way until he met Salvador SĂĄnchez. Before that Rosario seemed unstoppable.

  • The great Brown Bomber.

World heavyweight champion Joe Louis came mighty close to being dropped from his throne in 1941 when he fought former light-heavyweight champion Billy Conn. Conn fought brilliantly for 12 rounds only to preffer to slug it out with the Brown Bomber and ultimately ended up getting knocked out in the thirteenth round of a wildly exciting fight at the Polo Grounds in New York. "I couldn't get started against the fast Conn," said Louis after the fight. "I knew I was losing the fight when the 13th round started." "He hurt me in the 12th and I was hoping he would lose his head pretty quick, because I knew I was losing my title," Louis added. Conn was devasted afterwards, to his defense this was one Louis's hardest title defenses where he still hold's the record for most world title defenses at heavyweight at 25. The great Larry Holmes did 20 defenses and Vladimir Klitschko came at 18, close but no cigarr. Will we see a heavyweight brake that record anytime soon ? I really dout it.

With this victory, Malykhin not only unified the interim belt but also etched his name in history as a two-division champion, holding both the heavyweight and light heavyweight titles. The highly anticipated clash between Malykhin and Bhullar showcased the stark contrast in their styles. However, the Russian phenom proved to be a force to be reckoned with, defying Bhullar's strategy and displaying his exceptional defensive skills. From the opening moments of the fight, Malykhin demonstrated his superior striking ability, relentlessly targeting Bhullar's body with thunderous blows. The interim champion's precision and power left Bhullar visibly stunned, struggling to find an answer to Malykhin's onslaught. As the rounds progressed, it became increasingly clear that Malykhin's striking superiority would be the deciding factor in the bout. With the crowd on the edge of their seats, Malykhin seized an opportunity in the third round. He unleashed a relentless barrage of ground-and-pound strikes, leaving Bhullar defenseless and the referee with no choice but to intervene, calling an end to the fight. • Canelo sign's 3 fight deal with PBC for $100,000,000.

Canelo Álvarez keeps on making millions and signs a 3 fight deal with PBC for 100 million dollars , as we all know Canelos first fight would be against Charlo. The other 2 fights are rumored to be Demetrius Andrade second and third would be the mexican monster David Benavides. I personally like this deal more because he would fight Benavides at the end and thats the fight the fans want. I also like this deal more because he would be fighting in his division and not going up and down and waiting forever to defend his titles at 168lbs. So I believe these fights are more fair for Canelo and to be honest I do believe he should go through Charlo and Andrade and fight Benavides but this is boxing and one punch can change those plans. Good luck to Canelo on those 2 first fights because I want to see him fight Benavides which a believe will be a war with Canelo coming out the winner in a close fight.
