- Shevchenko says only a superhuman Murphy could surprise her
Shevchenko will face Murphy and will be defending the flyweight title for the fifth time. Valentine Shechenko is taking it very seriously, which can be gauged from his recent statement. On April 24, 2021, Valentina Shevchenko won TKO's landslide victory over Brazilian powerhouse Jessica Andrade to become the fourth successful defender of the flyweight title. Valentina Shechenko is a dominant and fast-paced champion. She is 21-3 overall and 7-0 after her second defeat to Amanda Nunes in 2017. With the perfect combination of knockouts, submissions and decisions (seven each), Valentina is able to win in all aspects of mixed martial arts. But, her impressive record does not tell the whole story of the "The Bullet" era over the Flyweight Division. Like many elite champions, Shevchenko likes to advance her time, study in the cage and then attack. In her last fight, Shevchenko made only 16 total strikes in the first round. Then, in Round 2, she threw 23 strikes, 22 of which landed, before ending the fight through TKO. Murphy turns out to be tough and aggressive. In her last 3 fights, she struck out 48, 48, and 57 in the first round of each fight, respectively. Overall, Murphy averages 3.9 significant strikes per minute with 40% accuracy. However, her aggressive style tests her chin. Although Murphy never gave up, she absorbed 4.2 major strikes per minute. Murphy prefers a stanf up match-up but is able to clinch and go to the ground. The straightforward analysis of the statistics is this: Murphy will come out in a potentially aggressive manner against Shevchenko, who is trying to strike and hurt her soon. Meanwhile, Shevchenko will either try to shoot a take-down. Or, more likely, stay outside and move between counter strikes when she reads Murphy's Trends. If the fight reaches two or three rounds,, Shevchenko will have an even bigger advantage because she will have the chanpionship round stamina experience needed to land accurately and to keep up the pressure on Murphy. Champion round fights are a cardio experience. Fight.TV wants to know. Who are you betting on?

Jon Jones was arrested for domestic violence and vehicle tampering. Jones has been working very hard to get back in the cage. Many are looking up to him. Those who commit domestic violence aren't what we should look up to or condone. His bail is set at $8,000 and he will appear before a court on Saturday. Jones representative - Richard Schaefer told ESPN "The facts are still developing. We really don't know the full story so I'm not going to make a comment until I have a chance to talk to Jon and until we see how this plays out." - Meisha Tate - Fight Postponed Due To Covid
The biggest bad news of the year for Meisha Tate. Who had recently started her career again with a resounding victory. Tate proved that she could once again win the title of champion. Meisha Tate's happiness waned when she had to wait until a later date for her showdown against Ketlen Vieira after a positive test of Covid 19. She was very optimistic about it. Sources close to the situation confirmed the news of MMA fighting on Wednesday after the initial report from Sherdog.com. The UFC has not officially announced a card change or a new major event that will now fill the void left by the postponement of Tate vs. Vieira. Tate was originally set to clash with Vieira at the main event in the UFC Fight Nightcard on October 16th. But now the match-up is expected to be postponed to a later date. No time period of the rescheduled match is expected, when and where this match will take place. This is an unfortunate turn of events for Tate, who returned to mixed martial arts in July where she won the third round TKO victory over Marion Reno. This was Tate's first UFC appearance since retiring in 2016. After this victory, Tate wasted no time in booking her next fight against Vieira, which had a five-round event schedule. Although all the signs are pointing to Tate's speedy recovery, she will still not be able to compete on October 16th after testing positive for Covid 19. The question arises as to who will replace Mesha Tate? Will Tate be able to resume her career normally after a bout with Covid? Fight.TV wants to know what you think!

Fight.TV has been organizing a professional boxing event this fall in Mexico since their last event over the summer. The likes of Kareli Lopez, Gabriel Garcia, and more prominent Mexican fighters are eager to get in the ring and display what they have been practicing so hard for. Many are disgruntled that we have to wait until October 16th to see this next bout unfold but, at least the fighters don't have to wait to get paid! These boxers were all expecting a fight this September and a payout afterwards. Since the state of Mexico wants to reschedule the event, Fight.TV isn't going to let their fighters go hungry! We made sure that every fighter on the card gets paid ahead of the rescheduled bout. We're excited to see them compete October 16th! Fight.TV is here for our fighters!
