After months of efforts by the YouTube star and not getting his answers, Jake Paul has officially signed a multi-year deal with PFL for his introduction to the world of MMA along with that he will also help in promoting the organization. The "Problem Child" will now participate in the new Super Fight division and possess shares in the company along with his business partner Nakisa Bidarian. According to insiders, the new weight class is created for well-known athletes who can attract large crowds to the organization rather than individuals who are only interested in competing for titles. The Problem Child and his business partner Nakisa Bidarian are the founders of the new division along with that Jake will be serving as "Head of Fighter Advocacy". One of his duties is to use his extensive web presence to promote the company and its individuals. Bidarian, who was once the UFC's chief financial officer, will help the PFL with pay-per-view event logistics. The Super Fight division has an additional stipulation, according to the NYTimes. According to reports, athletes fighting in the Super Fight division will receive a minimum of 50% of the pay-per-view money, a huge increase over the roughly 20% revenue share received by UFC athletes. ESPN and DAZN will telecast fights under the new division. In an interview with the Times, Paul said: “This is about changing MMA, disrupting, innovating, and creating the next big league.” Jake Paul recently made a two-fight offer to legendary UFC fighter Nate Diaz in footage that was uploaded on his YouTube channel. Following the YouTuber's proposal, the two would first compete in a boxing contest, then, six months later, an MMA battle in the PFL. Paul revealed in the video that: "I’m so dedicated to this that I offered Nate Diaz a two-fight deal. First we box. Then six months later, we fight MMA in the PFL SmartCage and lay it all on the line. If that’s not balls, then I don’t know what is. Nate Diaz, I’m down to fight you in your own damn sport. It’s a two-fight deal. Let’s make it happen." Although the spectators doubted the legitimacy of his boxing career, Jake Paul has geared up his game. Nothing is going well for UFC President Dana White these days. You can it as the beginning of the fall after a domestic abuse confrontation with his wife on New Year's Eve. Before its anticipated premiere on January 11, Dana White's Power Slap League is no longer mentioned on the TBS broadcast lineup. White disclosed in November that Power Slap and TBS have established a programming partnership for eight one-hour episodes. A revised timeline indicates that the new company founded by the UFC president won't be making its premiere next week after AEW Wrestling. Power Slap League has likewise been taken down from TBS' website. The traumatic video that showed White talking to his wife and then holding her arm as she moved to leave, slapped him in the face. The husband and wife then split apart as White responded with his slap in vengeance. As a result, it was the catalyst for all of the adjustments. In an interview with TMZ, White admitted that he and his wife had reconciled to one another and that they felt ashamed by the incident. “I’m one of the guys, you heard me say for years: There’s never, ever an excuse for a guy to put his hands on a woman,” White said. “And now here I am on TMZ talking about it. Khamzat Chimaev wants to fight Alex Pereira, but Jared Cannonier believes he should first face a contender. Chimaev was one of the first fighters to challenge newly crowned UFC middleweight champion Pereira after he defeated Israel Adesanya by fifth-round TKO at UFC 281 in November. 'Borz' and his team have stated that a fight with 'Po Atan' would be 'amazing,' but he may be able to jump ahead of the rest of the division. With contenders such as the 'Killa Gorilla' in the running for Pereira, Chimaev should be near the back of the pack. “I feel like you should definitely fight your way to the top,” said Cannonier in a recent interview with Helen Yee. “I also understand the business side of things to a certain extent, and it wouldn’t look good. It wouldn’t feel good, that’s for damn sure. But I can’t sit here and say this is what he should do to get to the title. Alex Pereira had what? Two? Three fights? And then he won his title. I’m not here to say who should do what to get a title [shot]. The UFC has its structure that it goes by and we’ve seen how it plays out in many different situations.” Cannonier believes Chimaev should go through a litmus test similar to the one he received at welterweight, where he faced a one-time title challenger in Gilbert Burns. Cannonier, like Burns, is a one-time title challenger, so he fits the bill for the type of fight he wants Chimaev to have and he welcomes it. “Personally, if he wants to get up there, he needs to go through at least somebody in the top 10,” said Cannonier. “Being one of the ones at the top, he would have to face me, or Robert [Whittaker] or Israel [Adesanya]. If you’re going to give him somebody, give him somebody in the top 3. If you want to just throw him up, give him somebody in the top 3 like they did at welterweight. “I don’t care what they do with him,” continued Cannonier. “I’m not really focused on him, I’m focused on myself. So I’m sitting right where I am, and whoever comes at me, I’m going to give it to them the same way I’d give it to anybody. And that’s just it. I’m just here to fight. That’d be a fun fight.” Cannonier last competed in December, when he won a split decision over Sean Strickland at UFC Vegas 66.

Tyson Fury has promised that he will humiliate Oleksandr Usyk if they square up later in 2023. According to Fury's promoter Frank Warren, there are hopes and expectations that the bout will happen as early as March 2023. The discussion between the English and Ukrainian boxers has been heated over the past several weeks and months, but Fury recently took it to a new level in an interview with The Telegraph. “I don't think he's big enough and strong enough to stand up to the punches," Fury said of the Ukrainian. "It's a challenge, he'll be running away like a little b***h all night. I will hunt him down and, when I get hold of him, he'll be crushed.” Usyk received much recognition from the boxing world in 2022 after he made the decision to return to his native Ukraine to aid in the resistance to the Russian invasion. Wilder has 42 knockouts in 43 victories, establishing himself as one of the most lethal hitters of all time. And Haye, a former world champion, can attest to that, even if he was wearing larger 18oz sparring gloves with headguards on. Before his proposed fight with Tyson Fury, which he later canceled, the Brit hired Wilder as a sparring partner. Even after all these years, Haye remembers how hard the Bronze Bomber hits. Haye told BT Sport: “I truly think he is the hardest punching heavyweight ever, I know that maybe sounds like an exaggeration. "I got hit by Wilder in sparring. I’ve been hit by Wladimir Klitschko, on the chin with 10 ounce gloves on. "There was more effect from Wilder hitting me on the top of the head, with 18 ounce gloves on and I was wearing a head guard – and it wasn’t even clean. "After that, I remember thinking, ‘This guy is going to do something.’ He was wild and he was all over the place. . . but the power.” Haye, now 42, stepped away from the fight with Fury after suffering a cut in sparring and a shoulder injury that necessitated surgery. Fury, 34, went on to fight Wilder, 37, three times in the years since, drawing one and winning the subsequent rematches. He will now face Oleksandr Usyk, 35, in the heavyweight division's first four-belt unification fight. Wilder, 38, knocked out Robert Helenius in round one of his October return after suffering consecutive defeats to Fury.

The comeback of Dillon Danis to combat sports will remain stalled. The forthcoming boxing match between Dillon Danis and KSI has been postponed. The Bellator middleweight has withdrawn from the match and will no longer face the YouTuber, according to MMA analyst Ariel Helwani's tweet. The fight was supposed to take place at London's Wembley Arena on January 14. Helwani tweeted that his prediction of Danis' pullout from the match on The MMA Hour late last year didn't upset anybody. He said he believed the duel was not going to materialize. His return to Bellator has been questioned many times but has turned down every offer from the promotion just for the KSI fight. Bellator President Scott Coker has made it clear that they will arrange a fight for El Jefe if he is serious about his comeback although the negotiation has not been easy between both parties. The manager of KSI, Mams Taylor, discussed the information with DAZN. He disclosed that he was contacted informing him that "El Jefe" would not be competing because he was "underprepared," noting that this is not ideal for the Bellator fighter's credibility. “I got a phone call saying Dillon is pulling out of the fight,” Taylor said in a video statement. “The real reason, from what they said to me, is that he’s underprepared, he has no coach, he might be struggling with weight even though there’s no rehydration. He has not been able to find a team that’s going to support him to bring him into the fight and obviously he’s got some other issues, I think.’’ “It’s very sad and unfortunate because he didn’t reciprocate the respect that we’ve given him. He’s clearly embarrassed that he’s in this position and - look, who knows what he’s going to come out with and say, but I’m disappointed because I never thought that someone who cares about his reputation as much as he does or what people think of him, I didn’t think that this would be something despite many people saying the opposite, that he’s not going to show up to the fight. They were right.” The information was released just days after Danis, who snubbed a pre-fight press conference last month, claimed in an appearance with Chael Sonnen that he was being unfairly treated as a result of sneaky strategies. KSI’s manager Taylor claimed that his absence from the press conference was one of the clues that Danis won’t be stepping in against KSI. And for being on the safe side, they have already taken the measure. The world-famous FaZe gaming clan's FaZe Temperrr will now face the YouTube celebrity, according to the Misfits Boxing promotion. Danis hasn't competed since defeating Max Humphrey by first-round submission at Bellator 222 in June 2019 to get to 2-0 in mixed martial arts. He is still under contract with Bellator but his return is still remains uncertain.

The long-awaited fight involving UFC welterweight prospects Shavkat Rakhmonov, and Geoff Neal has been rescheduled. The co-main event of UFC Vegas 67 was meant to feature the top ten welterweights. The MMA fanbase will sadly have to wait a bit more to watch two top 170-pound competitors square off. The fight between Neal and Rakhmonov, which was originally scheduled for Jan. 14 but was dismissed due to Neal's injury, will now actually occur at UFC 285, which unfolds on March 4, 2023, at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. This is especially exciting for both combatants, who will begin the 2023 campaign on winning streaks and with goals of competing for the welterweight title. Brett Okamoto, an ESPN MMA reporter, announced the news on Twitter by writing: On January 14, Kelvin Gastelum and Nassourdine Imavov will feature UFC Vegas 67 main event which would be the first UFC event of 2023. Now, a featherweight fight between Dan Ige and Damon Jackson will serve as the co-main event. The UFC 285 pay-per-view presently lacks a main event, however, the clash between the rising welterweight now joins the main card which already consists of the fight Derek Brunson vs. Dricus Du Plessis as well as Viviane Araujo vs. Amanda Ribas. Ortiz has been on an absolute roll as he has demolished the likes of Samuel Vargas, Maurice Hooker and Egidijus Kavaliauskas on his way to earning his first major title shot. The fight between him and Stanionis was first reported by ESPN.com. Ortiz’s promotion, Golden Boy has won the purse bid for the March fight and is happy to stage the fight in Ortiz’s hometown in Dallas. Ortiz made easy work of Michael McKinson in August 2022, knocking him out cold in the ninth to grab the honours. The 24-year-old has had his issues with health from which has recovered completely. Ortiz was suffering from Rhabdomyolysis, a kidney disease which kept him out of action for the most part in 2022. Now the Dallas Kid is back again roaring and has bigger ambitions to fulfil in the new year. But he will have his work cut out against talented Lithuanian, Stanionis who himself has been marching smoothly for a top spot in the division. Stanionis won the WBA regular welterweight title in April last year by beating Radzhab Butaev via a split decision. The fight promises to be a delight for boxing fans as both fighters are equally equipped and have the potential to win the fight on the night.

Former UFC Welterweight, Mike Perry teases a fight with the Problem Child, Jake Paul as he posted an alleged photo of a contract between him and the Most Valuable Promotions. Since leaving the UFC, Perry has impressed the fans with his audacious display in the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championships (BKFC), winning both of his bouts so far in the promotion. He last made an appearance in August of the last year where he got the better of the former Bellator lightweight titlist, Michael Page. It was a big win for the Orlando native considering the stature of his opponent. Now the Platinum is tempting Youtuber turned boxer, Jake Paul, to set up a fight with him in the coming months. It’s easy to understand why every brushed MMA fighter wants to get in the ring with the Problem Child. The Platinum took to Twitter and posted a photo which consisted of the details of a probable fight with Paul. Paul and his promotion, Most Valuable Promotions haven’t yet responded to Perry’s alleged picture. Interestingly, Perry has also been able to fabricate a date for the potential duel. The expected date for the fight is February 18th, which is two weekends after Paul’s hottest acquisition Amanda Serrano steps in the ring for his next scheduled bout. Only time will tell how true Perry’s assumption is but there is a high possibility that the former gym mates could be facing each other in an actual clash in the near future.

Bellator CEO made an audacious remark after thrashing Rizin that the company can defeat UFC champions. A historic cross-promotional event was recently held by Bellator and Rizin in Saitama, Japan, to wrap up the year 2022. Five fights between athletes from the two promotions in four different weight classes took place at Bellator MMA x Rizin FF. In a post-event statement, Bellator MMA CEO Scott Coker praised both organisations' expansion. In his news conference following the bout, he said: “Listen, I thought the fights today were very competitive... It just shows you how much the RIZIN fighters have grown in the last five, six years, I see a big growth spurt. And keep in mind, when you are talking about the Bellator athletes, and I’m not just saying this because it’s a company I run, but, over the last six or seven years, this is the best roster we’ve ever had in the history of the company." Coker went on to name-drop particular athletes before making the audacious claim that his promotion's roster could defeat UFC competition: “And if you look at every weight class, we have the best 205-pounder in the world that can compete with anybody. The best 185 pounds in Johnny Eblen, I’m telling you this guy just beat Gegard Mousasi, so he’s another guy. But, if you go all the way up and down our weight classes, not only do we have fighters that can beat the UFC (fighters), we have fighters that can compete, three or four fighters at each weight class that can compete against any company on the planet."

Adrien Broner has challenged Floyd Mayweather to a $200 million exhibition fight. Mayweather and Broner were once good friends but fell out when Broner made comments about Mayweather's company 'The Money Team'. Former four-weight world champion Broner even challenged Mayweather to a fight after knocking out Ashley Theophane in 2016, with Mayweather laughing at ringside. Broner hasn't fought since defeating Jovanie Santiago in February 2021, as his career has been marred by inactivity. The 33-year-old is now urging Mayweather to continue his exhibition tour by fighting him, predicting that they could earn a whopping $200 million in the ring.. “These last couple of exhibitions that Floyd has been doing, he’s been getting threes, fours, fives, eights. He say, ‘I got 10 million, 20 million.’ Ok, cool. If that’s what he say, cool," But if me and him do an exhibition, automatically off the top, you got to give him 100 million and you’ve got to give me 100 million," Broner told the Round Da Way podcast. Mayweather has competed in a number of exhibition fights since ending his professional career with a flawless record of 50-0. 'Money' most recently squared off against YouTuber Deji last November, dancing around and mocking the content creator before stopping him in the sixth round. The fight took place just weeks after Mayweather knocked out MMA fighter Mikuru Asakura in Japan. The boxing legend has also sparred with former sparring partner Don Moore, YouTuber Logan Paul, and kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa in exhibitions. Because of their strained relationship, Broner is skeptical that Mayweather, who plans an exhibition fight in the United Kingdom this year, will accept his offer. "He doesn't want to see me with that [money]," Broner added. "because I already do what I do. Without the type of money he's getting, but I'm getting money though. I can't say I've personally heard him say that, but you'll hear him do an interview about me and scream 'AB is about broke'. "I don't even speak to you, I don't talk bad about you.
